Text Box: Description   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 is a 100% acrylic emulsion bonding agent used to bond new stucco and concrete to old stucco and concrete.   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 can also bond new stucco to painted surfaces (flat finish only), and can be left dry and still bond for up to 5 days.   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 comes in quarts, gallons, and 5 gallon pails.   Approved Substrates   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 can be applied over old stucco, old concrete and masonry surfaces, painted surfaces (flat finish), and any primed metal or wood surface.   Applications Instructions   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 can be applied by roller, brush, or sprayer.  Unicoat Super Bond 1000  comes tinted yellow as to see areas covered properly.   Apply a thin even coat over substrate, do not “glob” product in certain areas.  Try to keep a uniform pattern over entire surface.   Product to be bonded can be applied immediately after bonding agent has been applied.    When bonding agent has dried, lightly mist surface and then apply product.    If more than 5 days have elapsed after application of bonding agent, re apply new coat of bonding agent.   Storage and Shelf Life   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 should     be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and protected from extreme heat and freezing conditions. Always keep container closed when not in use.  Unicoat Super Bond 1000  has a shelf life of 12 months when these directions are followed.    Coverage   Unicoat Super Bond 1000  covers approximately 200-300 sq ft per gallon.   Limitations   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 must be applied to a clean surface free from all foreign matter, efflorescence, oil, dirt, and any other bond inhibiting materials.   Do not use Unicoat Super Bond 1000  in extreme heat and in freezing conditions.  Do not use Unicoat Super Bond 1000  as an admixture.   Painted surfaces should be at least several months old.  All loose paint should be removed prior to bonder application.    Warranties   Unicoat Super Bond 1000 is warranted free from manufacturing defects only.   Since we have no control of the end use of this product no warranties are made on finished product.   The sole warranty is replacement of materials used to correct defective material; no other warranties are either expressed or implied.     Somar Industries, LTD 264 N.
