Text Box: Description   Permacoat Admix 721 is formulated with acrylic latex polymers and special modifiers designed to be used with Permacoat 720 Base Coat.  When mixed with the base coat material it will improve the flexural strength and crack resistance as well as the final durability of the stucco basecoat.   General Instructions   Permacoat Admix 721 is packaged in a 3 ½ gallon pail, which is to be used for a two (2) bag mix of Permacoat 720 Base Coat concentrated or eight (8) bag mix of Permacoat 720 Base Coat pre-sanded.   One gallon containers are also available when mixing less than these quantities, just always remember it takes approximately 1 ¾ gallon per 80 lb. bag of concentrate of ½ gallon for 80 lb. bag of pre-sanded.   Add 3 ½ gallons of clean potable water into mixer, then add on (1) 3 ½ gallon of Permacoat Admix 721 to mixer.   Add half of the required sand, and then add two (2) 80 lb. bags of concentrate.   Add remaining required sand to mixer, let mix for 3-4 minutes, adding water as needed to achieve working consistency, stop mixing for 1-2 minutes, remix and remove from mixer.   For pre-sanded version follow first two steps, and just add eight (8) bags of pre-sanded product into mixer.   Continue to follow same mixing instructions as concentrate.   Apply material in accordance with instructions provided on Permacoat 720 Base Coat information sheets, bag instructions, and the requirements of ICC report #5141.   Notes and Cautions   Permacoat Admix 721 should be stored in a cool dry location, out of direct sunlight.   Protect from freezing and always keep lid tightly closed when not in use.   Stir product well before using.  Never use more or less of the recommended dosage for this system, failure to do so will void all warranties and will effect final results of product.   Avoid inhalation of vapors or fumes, use outdoors or in well ventilated areas.  Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing.   In case of contact with eyes flush with water and call physician immediately.   For skin contact, flush with warm soapy water.  If material is swallowed, call physician immediately.   KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.  THIS PRODUCT IS FOR PROFFESIONAL USE ONLY.   Limitations   Follow all ICC ER REPORT #5141 for any and all information on assemblies, substrates, and all mixing instructions.   This product is to be used solely for the Permacoat 720 Polymer Modified Stucco System, any other use is prohibited.   This product comes with a joint 10-year warranty in conjunction with the Permacoat 720 Base Coat.   The sole warranty is replacement of materials used to correct defective material, no other warranties are either expressed or implied.     Somar Industries, LTD 264 N.
