Text Box: Description   Unicoat Admixture 2000 is a 100% acrylic emulsion admixture used to enhance the performance of cement based products.   Admixture 2000 also enhances the flexural and compressive strengths, as well as freeze thaw and faster curing traits.   Improves bonding performances of mixes over substrates.   Approved Mixes   Unicoat Admixtures 2000 can be mixed into one-coat and three coat cement mixes, concrete and masonry mortar mixes, and Portland cement grouts and stucco’s.   Mixing Instructions   Mix Unicoat Admixture 2000 into water used for mixing cement mix. Use approximately 4% to 20% depending on mix and application. Recommended dosage is 1 gallon per 80 lbs. of Portland cement.   Storage and Shelf Life   Unicoat Admixture 2000 should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and protected from extreme heat and freezing conditions.   Always keep container closed when not in use. Product has a shelf life of 12 months when these directions are followed.   Limitations   Unicoat Admixture 2000 may alter the color of the material to which it is introduced. Always make sample before proceeding with project. Cements modified with this product should be allowed to cure in ambient temperatures above 40° f and under 100° f.  Always protect cement mixes from rain and moisture for 48 hrs. after application. Protect finished work from freezing for at least 72 hrs.   Warranties   Unicoat Admixture 2000 is warranted free from manufacturing defects only. Since we have no control of the end use of this product no warranties are made on finished product.   The sole warranty is replacement of materials used to correct defective material; no other warranties are either expressed or implied.   Somar Industries, LTD 264 N.
